This policy explains what information My Perfect Franchises collects, how we use it and who we share it with. My Perfect Franchises is operated by My Perfect Leads, LLC, PO Box 481, Odenton, MD 21113 (“we”, “us”).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, such as the Franchise Match Assessment, a discovery call request, the Readiness Score, the Investment Calculator or the Franchise Buyer’s Toolkit, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number and ZIP code, your professional background and experience, your goals and timeline, the industries you are or are not interested in, and ranges for your capital, net worth and the investment you are considering.
Tool answers. The Readiness Score and Investment Calculator work in your browser. Your answers stay on your device unless you choose to send them with a form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure. We use only the cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use your information
- To understand what you are looking for and pair you with a franchise consultant whose experience fits your needs.
- To contact you about your request by email, and by phone or text where you have given permission.
- To send you the report, results or toolkit you asked for.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- The consultant we pair you with. We share your information with the one franchise consultant we select for you, who uses it only to help with your franchise search.
- Franchisors, only when you ask. Your details go to a franchisor only after you have reviewed the brand and asked for an introduction.
- Service providers. Companies that host this site and deliver our email process information on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.
- Legal and safety reasons. When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or our business.
- Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with brokers or lead buyers.
Calls and text messages
We and your matched consultant call or text you only if you give permission on a form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Giving permission is not required to use our service. See Communication Consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to help with your request and to keep normal business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Send your request through our contact page or by mail to the address below, and we will respond as required by law. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send, or reply STOP to a text.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including an encrypted connection to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults considering business ownership. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
